Merrimack Woman Arrested Twice in 3 Hours
Police arrested woman slapping household member then returning to the home shortly after her release.

A Merrimack woman was arrested twice in the matter of a few hours last week for allegedly violating bail and a protective order levied after her first arrest for reportedly slapping another member of her household.
Dianna Mulholland, 55, of Front Street, Merrimack, was charged with simple assault, two counts of violation of a protective order, and breach of bail conditions.
On Thursday, March 14, Merrimack Police responded to a residence on Front Street at 9 p.m. for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, police learned that an assault had occurred and arrested Mulholland for slapping another household member in the face. She was charged with simple assault and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. Mulholland was served with an emergency restraining order which prohibited her from contacting the victim and going to the residence.

However, on March 15, just three hours after they were first called to the residence, were called back to Front Street because Mulholland had allegedly returned. The victim reported that she also called them on the phone prior to going to the residence.
Police later located Mulholland in the basement of the apartment building. She for violating a restraining order and breaching bail. She was transported to the Merrimack Police Department to be processed again and held without bail until her arraignment later in the day at the 9th Circuit Court, District Division, in Merrimack.
