Merrimack Woman Charged With Assault, Criminal Mischief

She was arrested early Wednesday morning.

A Merrimack woman was arrested early this morning on charges that she assaulted another member of her family or household and then broke an item that didn't belong to her.

Sarah Cunningham, 25, was charged with domestic simple assault and criminal mischief after police responded to a residence in the Indian Rock complex for a possible domestic disturbance.

On arrival, police say they spoke with all involved parties and determined that Cunningham had assaulted another member of the household. It was also found that Cunningham broke an item in the home that did not belong to her.  She was arrested at the scene and brought to the police station to be processed. Cunningham was placed on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and will appear in the 9th Circuit Court Merrimack District Division on June 27, to answer to the charges.
