Members of Merrimack High School's Class of 1973 are holding their 40th reunion on Saturday, Sept. 14.
This is a combined reunion and students from the classes from 1969-76 are welcome. More than 90 classmates and friends are expected to attend.
The reunion group started a website, where all the information about the reunion is available. And even if you aren't going to be there, a Facebook group created for the Class of 1973 will be home to pictures following the reunion.
The theme for this event is “Reelin in the Years”, taken from a song title from a favorite rock bands from the 70s - Steely Dan.
All of the proceeds from ticket sales and a raffle are being donated to the 2013 High School General Scholarship fund. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a can of food to donate for Hunger Action Month.
