Nashua Man Accused of Driving Under the Influence

The charges stem from a traffic stop on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.

Merrimack police have arrested a Nashua man on charges he was operating under the influence of alcohol on April 24.

Gregory Reitz, 44, of 7 Lemon St., Nashua, was stopped for a vehicle infraction on the F.E. Everett Turnpike shortly after midnight

Reitz was taken to the Merrimack Police Department, where he was processed and charged with operating under the influence. He is scheduled to appear in Merrimack district court on May 9 to answer to the charge.
