MERRIMACK, NH — A Massachusetts man was arrested after leaving his two dogs in a sweltering vehicle that reached 128 degrees at the Merrimack Premium Outlets, police said Friday. Samuel Frackleton (pictured), 22, of Westford, was charged with animal cruelty.

"The temperature outside at the time was 91 degrees ... A device was used to check the temperature inside the car which showed a temperature of 128 degrees."
