Penn. Man Charged with OUI, Open Container

A Pennsylvania man was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol and open container on Tuesday night.

Dominic Muscara, 44, of 1411 Bristol Rd., Churchville, PA was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and possession of an open container. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court on Feb. 11.

At 8:02 p.m. on Tuesday, Merrimack Police responded to the area of Gull Lane for the report of a suspicious car in the area.

Upon arrival, police found the 2012 Nissan Sentra that was raising concern. When police spoke with the driver, later identified as Muscara, he showed signs of alcohol impairment. After a brief investigation, he was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor.
