If you guessed Chief John "Chappy" O'Leary, Merrimack's police chief from 1940-53, you are correct. The Merrimack Police Deparment's Pinterest page's newest board, "Merrimack Police Chiefs Through the Years" is just one of several pages highlighting the police department's involvement in the community.
