Police Arrest Teen Screaming Profanities at 4 a.m.

Police say the teen was roaming Society Hill trying to gain access to cars.

Police arrested a Merrimack teenager early Tuesday morning who they say they found roaming the parking lot at Society Hill attempting to gain entry into cars and yelling profanities, which could be heard throughout the complex.

Brian Carter, 19, of 23 Crosswoods Path Blvd., Merrimack, was charged with disorderly conduct, prowling and resisting arrest or detention when police arrested him just before 4 a.m. on March 12.

When they arrived on the scene, police say Carter was still yelling and the caller had reported the teen was pulling on door handles as he walked through the parking lot. Police say Carter was charged with resisting arrest because he kept walking away from the police car despite being told repeatedly to stop.
