Police Say Man Sold Psychedelic Mushrooms
Merrimack police pressed charges following an investigation that began in the winter of 2012.

Merrimack police officers charged a local man Friday with sale of a narcotic drug – allegedly psychedelic mushrooms – following an investigation that began almost 18 months ago.
Police said Brandon Johnson, 24, of 7 Bowers Landing, #207, Merrimack, was picked up at State Police Troop B, under a warrant for his arrest issued by the Merrimack Police Department. He was also charged with transportation of a narcotic drug.
Police said Johnson became a suspect in selling Psilocybin mushrooms, based on an investigation that began in the winter of 2012, via the Merrimack Community Orientated Police unit focusing on sale of illicit drugs.

Johnson was taken to Hillsborough County jail and he is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court Nashua sometime June 21.
