Sign Up for House Check With MPD During Your Summer Getaway

Did you know when you are planning a vacation you can have Merrimack Police check on your home while you're away?

It's just one of dozen of programs offered by the police to help keep Merrimack a safe place to live.

It's easy to set up. Call the Merrimack Police Communications Center at 424-3774, answer a few simple questions, and officers will stop by daily to check on your home. 

Interested in other programs offered by the police? Some include the Good Morning Caller, which is a program to check on senior citizens and disabled residents on a daily basis, Neighborhood Crime Watch and the new prescription drug drop off box in the lobby of the police station, which has been used to collect 58 pounds of unwanted prescription drugs in the month of June alone.
