Teen Charged for Threat Made With Knife

Police say 17-year-old threatened another member of his household Friday night.

A teen was held in jail over the weekend following his arrest Friday night on charges that he threatened a member of a Timber Lane residence.

Jean-Luc Dagastino, 17, was charged with domestic criminal threatening on May 17.

Merrimack Police say hey were called to the Timber Lane home reporting a member of the household was in possession of a knife. A second call to the police indicated the knife had been used to threaten another person in the home.

After a short investigation at the scene, police arrested Dagastino. At the police station he was placed on $5,000 cash-only bail, which he could not post. He was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester to await arraignment on Monday, May 20.
