Teen Faces Reckless Driving Charge in Rollover

Merrimack police have arrested a 17-year-old with reckless driving in

Police said Wesley Notter, of 19 Whittier Road, Merrimack, was behind the wheel of a 2003 VW Jetta at the time of the rollover on Wilson Hill Road at 8:17 p.m. April 2.

Police accuse the driver of traveling an an unreasonable speed when the car failed to negotiate a curve and rolled onto its roof. Notter was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Two passengers were treated and released at the scene.
