Teens Accused of Marijuana Possession
The charges were filed after an officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Merrimack police arrested two local 18-year-olds on charges of possession of marijuana May 8.
Police said Paige Graef, of 13 Monadnock Lane, Merrimack, and Evan McCormick, of 125 Indian Rock Road, Merrimack, were charged with possession of marijuana.
The charges were filed after a police officer responded to a local condominium complex for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. The officer located the two teens in a parked vehicle and after investigating further the two were subsequently charged.
They were released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to appear in court May 20 to answer to the charge.
