Hi, I’m Rosie! I’m a 6-year-old kitty who came to HSFN when my owner passed away. I can’t wait to find my new home and get settled in for good. I’m just as sweet and cute as can be and adore getting attention from people. I like everyone, but prefer to be the only pet vying for your love, so I need to be an only pet. It’s just what I’m used to since my previous family had eyes only for me! I’ll make a great family kitty and will play and keep you smiling all day. Have you ever seen a more beautiful face? My name is Buttercup, and I’m an older girl with a big heart. I was found as a stray and the veterinarian here thinks that I’m around 12 years old. I still have plenty of life left to live, and really enjoy snuggling with staff and volunteers. You’ll know it’s me because of my cute face and tail that won’t stop wagging! I would do best in a calm, adult-only home since I’m mature. I have some special needs due to being a senior lady, but I don't let them deter me from living a happy life. Don't think of me as being old, but rather as a loyal girl with the knowledge of life's ups and downs! I just know that a loving home is out there for me, please don't hesitate to ask an adoption counselor more about me! To adopt these pets, contact the Humane Society for Greater Nashua (HSFN), 24 Ferry Road, Nashua.  Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday noon to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The shelter is closed every Wednesday.
