Phillip Delisle, 24, of 14 Birkdale Ave., Bedford, was arrested for allegedly making fraudulent returns to his own debit card, in the amount of $3,799.91, without returning merchandise to the fine jewelry store over a period of time between Sept. 18 and Nov. 8, 2012.

William Delisle was arrested on Nov. 16, when he allegedly stole jeans and shirts from Sak's 5th Avenue Off 5th and Polo Ralph Lauren and then attempted to flee the security guard while police were en route.

According to court paperwork, Delisle has twice been convicted of theft on Feb. 3, 2011, out of Manchester District Court and Jan. 3, 2012.

If convicted, William Delisle could face up to 3½ to 7 years in prison and up to $4,000 in fines.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt but rather a determination by a grand jury that there's sufficient evidence in a case to move it toward trial.
