Volunteers Needed for Upcoming Foster Child Fundraiser

From Together We Rise: Together We Rise is a Non-Profit that was formed with the idea that no foster child should ever have to move using a trash bag. After seeing a video of what they do, my foster daughter was inspired to start a fundraiser to help local NH kids receive a Sweet Case. A Sweet Case is a duffel bag that comes with a teddy bear, a blanket, a hygiene kit, a coloring book and crayons. Each bag get a picture drawn on them to show these foster kids how much they are loved.

In the last two months our foster daughter has raised more then $5500. That should give us enough for around 200+ duffel bags that will need to be decorated with drawings and then packed to be delivered to DCYF for NH foster children. We need your help to make this event a success. Whether you're a artist or someone that might just like to pack we would love to have you. This is a family friendly event. Children are most welcome if they want to come help draw on the bags.

Fabric Pastel crayons will be provided for drawing by the non profit but we've been warned the images can appear somewhat faded. If you prefer to bring puffy paint or paint pens to draw vibrant images on the bags you are most welcome to.
