The Buyer will have responsibility and accountability for the merchandising strategy, product development and category development of the Soft Home category.   • Creation and execution of cross-channel merchandising/marketing plans, at the product level. Communicate sales and marketing strategies to the appropriate support groups such as Store Operations, Online, Creative, Distribution, Customer Care Center, Wholesale & Planning teams.
  • Financial management of the product profitability through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Internal collaboration with all cross functional areas to create remarkable product presentations, associate training and selling environments, in all channels of sales.

Description

As the Operations Manager in our Merrimack, NH regional contact center you will be responsible for leading a team of Call Volume Managers and Operations Analysts to provide forecasting, planning, scheduling and data analysis to the site.  Our Operations team is responsible for the analytical framework used by the site and national to make global decisions.  This means you will have ownership of and be able to focus on activities that enable our functions to achieve operational and business results.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Lead process improvement initiatives in partnership with various functions by identifying current and historical trends and assist with determining root cause  
  • Create, implement and manage the analytical foundation for process improvements nationally
  • Interact with Operational leadership as well as other regional centers to develop tactical plans, review improvement efforts, evaluate key metrics and manage daily call volume related activities.
  • Manage business escalation activities and contingency planning activities while working with other departments at the site to ensure all business needs are met

Description
