While Snow was being processed at the police station, she was found to be in possession of "an array" of prescription drugs she did not hold a prescription for. She was charged with possession of a prescription drug without prescription – a narcotic, three counts of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription – controlled, and possession of marijuana and transporting a narcotic drug.
Because one drug was a narcotic, her charge was upgraded to a felony.
