Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley to Recognize Youth of the Year
The Boys & Girls Club will hold the ceremony in Milford from 7-8 p.m. on Thursday.
Youth of the Year is Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s premier recognition program for Club members, promoting service to Club, community and family; academic success; strong moral character; life goals; and poise and public speaking ability.
The Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley recognizes members ages 14 to 18 as Youth of the Year candidates who participate in an extensive program including writing, public speaking and interviewing.
Community representatives select and announce the club's Norman Adams Youth of the Year at the Annual Youth of the Year Awards Ceremony.
