Created to honor the 50th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War, the memorial will stand as a lasting tribute to those who served.

MILFORD, NH — The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Committee is proud to announce that construction of the long-awaited Milford Vietnam Veterans Memorial is nearing completion.

Created to honor the 50th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War, the memorial will stand as a lasting tribute to those who served, sacrificed, and came home to build our community. With the dedication ceremony set for Veterans Day, Nov. 11, the final phase is underway. Local volunteers, businesses, and civic leaders have given time, skill, and heart to bring this vision to life. The Milford High School Marching Band, a Color Guard, local ministers, veterans, and public officials are preparing a meaningful ceremony to mark this historic moment.

Ceremonies begin at the Milford Oval at 11 a.m. Dedication is at 1 Union St. at 11:30 a.m. Free parking will be available at the First Congregational Church, 10 Union St.
