DWI, Assault Charges Filed

The following are from the Milford Police Department's arrest log from April 23 to April 29. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Zackary G. Whelan, 20, of 70 Union St., Apt. 1, Milford, charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of controlled/narcotic drug with intent to distribute on April 23. 
• Julie H. Zachary, 42, of 375 Nashua St., Apt. 1, Milford, charged with four counts of simple assault, domestic disturbance and domestic violence act violation on April 24. She has a May 15 court date on the alleged offenses.
• Benjamin L. Drake, 30, of 188 Elm St., apt. 1, Milford, charged with driving after revocation or suspension and driver's license prohibitions April 24 and has a May 15 court date.
• Ronald Merton, 45, of 15 Mason Road, Mont Vernon, charged with disorderly conduct May 24 and has a May 22 court date.
• Luke G. Greska, 18, of 8 Comstock Drive, Milford, charged with domestic disturbance, simple assault, and two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism) April 24. He has a May 22 court date on the charges.
• Sylvain Paquin, 47, of 409 Nashua St., Apt. 2, Milford, charged with driving while intoxicated April 25. He has a May 22 court date.
• Gene K. Daniels, 52, of 529 Nashua St., Apt. 22, Milford, charged with driving while intoxicated April 27. He has a May 8 court date.
• Joshua Edward Ibarra, 21, of 15 Noons Quarry Road, Milford, charged with reckless conduct on April 27 and has a May 22 court date.
• Pauline D. Gallagher, 44, of 12 Marshall St., Fitchburg, MA, charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding on April 27 and has a May 22 court date.
• Brandan Pinchott, 25, of 111 Old Brookline Road, Apt. 1, Milford, charged with simple assault April 28 and has a May 22 court date.
