Elderly Man Arrested On Sexual Assault Charges In Milford
James Murphy faces four counts of child sexual and simple assault charges after a multi-week investigation by police.
MILFORD, NH — An elderly man has been arrested on sexual and simple assault charges, according to Milford police.
James Murphy, 83, of an unknown address, was arrested on Wednesday on three counts of sexual assault and a single simple assault charge. He was arrested after allegations were brought forward to the police in early September. The victim, police said, was a child under 16.
Murphy was released on personal recognizance bail.
