Want to try the game of poker, but don’t want to lose your shirt? Try Poker University.
The River Card Room in Milford will be hosting a “Poker University” night on Thursday, March. 7 at 6:30 p.m. Entry is $45 per person with proceeds benefitting the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley
Experts will be on hand to help card players of all skill levels up the ante. The night includes poker lesson, $30 in chips, appetizers, and a drink.

The River Card Room has donated almost $45,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley over the past five years, and hundreds of thousands more to other local charities.
