Local Author Has Alternative Path For Aspiring Lawyers

Howard Gray of Milford explains the method to become a lawyer in 4-5 years in his book "Law In Four."

Howard Gray of Milford says that he has an expedited strategy for law students to save time and money becoming lawyers.

Gray is the author of “Law in Four,” a book that shows the method that he has created to make this happen. The book’s twenty-one chapters lay out just how to get a  law degree in two years, and professional qualification in four or five years as a lawyer in the UK and the USA.

He is a barrister and has practiced at the English Bar for a number of years. During this time, he got the idea for law students to head to England for their education, and then come back to the United States.

“You can save a fortune,” said Gray. “The process is much cheaper in England and, if you are really good, you get most of the bar fund paid.”

He claims a law student can get a much cheaper, yet still prestigious, education at a law school overseas. The book details the steps of this process, which Gray said is much more efficient than legal education in America.

“The fundamental thing about this process is it saves time, money and equips you very well.”

His methods have yet to be tried by an actual law student, but Gray is confident that his process works. A high school student interested in becoming a lawyer can prepare himself by following his book.

“Law In Four” is currently for sale on Gray’s website and is also available on Amazon. He hopes his book catches on with law students, high schoolers and anybody else interested in trying his idea.

Gray is also writing a book provisionally called “How to Get Rid of Laws and Lawyers,” and is editing his late wife's memoirs and my grandmother's life and times in Hong Kong, Kenya and South Africa.
