Manchester Man Airlifted To Mass Hospital After ATV Rollover Crash
The crash that seriously injured Myles Cavanaugh, 22, occurred in Brookline Saturday night. He was flown to U-Mass Medical Center.

BROOKLINE, NH — A 22-year-old Manchester man was seriously injured Saturday night in an ATV rollover on Shattuck Lane in Brookline, prompting a multi-agency emergency response.
New Hampshire Fish and Game Conservation Officers were dispatched at about 6 p.m. to the scene following reports of an unconscious adult male following an all-terrain vehicle accident. Emergency crews from the Brookline Fire Department, Brookline EMS, Townsend, MA Fire Department, and the Brookline Police also responded to the call.
Authorities identified the rider as Myles Cavanaugh of Manchester, who reportedly lost control of the ATV, veered off the roadway, and overturned into a ditch. EMS personnel treated Cavanaugh on scene before UMass Memorial Health LifeFlight airlifted him to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, for further evaluation and treatment.

Investigators noted several safety and legal violations at the site of the crash.
Cavanaugh was not wearing a helmet at the time, and the ATV was found to be unregistered according to Conservation Officers, who also indicated that reckless operation on a public way likely contributed to the crash, though the incident remains under investigation.
