Mass. Man Charged with Violating Protective Order

The following are excerpts from the Milford Police Department's arrest log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Ryan Fairbanks, 27, of 95 Powers St., Apt. 60, Milford, charged with simple assault June 17. he has a court date of July 10 on the charge.
• Benjamin R. Keenan, 21, of 316 Reed Road, Mason, charged with theft and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card June 17.
• John Paul Young, 32, of 155 Federal Hill Road, Milford, charged with five counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and arrested on warrant June 18.
• Deirdre L. Mainguy, 38, of 23 Pleasant St., Milford, charged with second degree assault and falsifying physical evidence June 18 and has a July 10 court date on the charges.
• Misty L. Johnson, 20, of 154 South St., #7, Milford, charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle June 18 and has a July 10 court date on the charges.
• Charles V. Asselin, 70, of 16 Pettinggale Road, Amherst, charged with driving while intoxicated, motor vehicle complaint and accident, with open container violation, on June 21 and has a July 1 court date on the charges.
• Scott D. Gettings, 38, of 35 Davis St., Apt. 20, Tyngsboro, Mass., charged with violation of a protective order June 22.
