Two men have been indicted in connection with a violent robbery that occurred in the Lorden Plaza in December, <a href="http://www.unionleader.com/article/20130226/NEWS03/130229247" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to The Union Leader</a>. Jason Smolinsky, 30, of 10 Tricnit Rd, New Ipswich and Jeffery Pollock, 43, of 6 Orange St, Milford were each indicted on one count of armed robbery against Kenneth Martel of Milford.  The two allegedly beaten Martel in the Milford Shaw's parking lot before kicking him out of his vehicle. Police would later arrest Martel for possessing heroin and a hypodermic needle.
