Community Partners are corporate citizens that have pledged to support the ongoing efforts of The Milford Improvement Team in the revitalization and economic development of the Town of Milford.

"We are so pleased to have First Colebrook Bank partner in our mission to promote and revitalize the economic vitality of Milford," says Tracy Hutchins, Executive Director of the Milford Improvement Team. "First Colebrook has been a long standing supporter of several of our events and programs, such as sponsoring the Milford Pumpkin Festival. We look forward to forging an even stronger relationship."

First Colebrook Bank joins Hitchiner Manufacturing and Public Service of New Hampshire in their support of the Milford Improvement Team.

"I think our mission statement which states 'To be recognized as the best community bank by providing exceptional service to our customers and community' is very telling of our corporate culture and priorities, "explains Amy Wheeler Teas, Vice President Commercial Lending in the Amherst branch. "We care deeply about the communities we serve and allocate as many funds as possible to local charitable giving. Because we tend primarily to small businesses for lending and depository needs, we do everything in our power to make sound business decisions in extending credit to help local businesses thrive and succeed."

First Colebrook Bank was founded in 1889 in Colebrook, New Hampshire and continues to be independently owned by local shareholders. Besides the Amherst branch which opened in 2005, First Colebrook Bank has branch locations in Colebrook, Concord, and Portsmouth and employs 75 people throughout the State of New Hampshire.
