A Milford man faces burglary charges for allegedly stealing from one of his neighbors this month, according to Milford Police. Richard D. Morgan, 19 of 16 Grove Street #3, Milford is currently being held in jail after police arrested him for a burglary last week. Police received a report of burglary on Monday, Jan. 21 at 16 Grove Street #2 in Milford while the residents were out of the apartment. An Xbox 360 and other electronic equipment were stolen. Detectives recovered the stolen property during their investigation and soon arrested Morgan. He faces burglary charges, a Class B felony, and is currently being held at Valley Street Jail on $10,000 cash bail. Morgan is scheduled for a PC Hearing in the Milford District Court on February 6, 2013, at 9:00am.  The Milford Police Department continues to encourage anyone seeing any suspicious activity to contact the police dispatch at (603)673-1414. They also accept tips and information on the department's Tip Line at <a href="http://www.milfordpd.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.milfordpd.com</a> .
