Man Connected To Homemade Bomb Suspect Indicted
January indictments from the Hillsborough County Superior Court.

A Milford man arrested in connection with a homemade bomb incident was indicted on drug charges this month.
Kenneth M. Martel, 33 of 228 Elm Street, Milford was indicted by the Hillsborough County Superior Court for possession of heroin. He faces a sentence of up to 7 years in state prison and a $25,000 fine.
Martel was arrested in October after a police investigation unveiled stolen items, drugs, drug paraphernalia and a homemade bomb device. He was also charged with drug possession after being robbed in the Milford Shaw’s parking lot last month

Other indictments include:
Nicholas Dalbec, 21 of 6 Vine Street, Milford faces forgery charges after allegedly forging a check linked to a TD Bank account for $600. He faces up to 7 years of jail time and a $4,000 fine.

Brianna Baglione, 18, of 1 Wall Street, Milford was indicted on robbery charges in connection with an Elm Street robbery in November. She faces up to 7 years in state prison and a $4,000 fine if convicted.
