Milford Man Indicted For Almost Urinating On Officer
Ian Thompson of Milford faces a felony charge for urinating after he was arrested by Londonderry Police.

A Milford man is facing a felony charge for choosing the wrong place to relieve himself during his drunken driving arrest.
Ian Thompson, 36, of 16 Grove Street #6, Milford, was recently indicted by a Rockingham County Superior Court grand jury for assault by prisoners after urinating in front of a Londonderry police officer in November.
Thompson was arrested on Nov. 4 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, disorderly conduct and assault by prisoners following a motor vehicle stop on Mammoth Road in Londonderry. He was asked to remove his belt, which is standard procedure during the booking process, according to Londonderry Police.

He was still intoxicated, and his pants kept falling down to his knees. Police Sgt. Adam Dyer was attempting to pull his pants up when Thompson began to urinate on the floor in front of him. Thompson was later released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
