Milford Man Indicted For Violent Elm Street Robbery

Jeremy Trask of Milford faces up to 7 years in prison for stealing prescription drugs.

A Milford man is facing felony charges after breaking into an Elm Street home and holding a man down for his pills.

Jeremy Trask, 24 of 18 Foster Road, Milford has been indicted by the Hillsborough County Superior Court for robbery, which is a Class B felony.

Trask and Brianna Baglione, 18, of 18 Foster Rd, Milford attacked Maurice Guay Jr. in his home at 99 Elm Street on Sunday, Nov. 25.

The robbers pushed Guay Jr. onto the ground, held him down and took prescription drugs from his pocket. They were arrested by Milford Police later that evening.

Baglione was charged with robbery and possession of a controlled drug. Trask faces 3.5 to 7 years in state prison and a $4,000 fine if convicted.
