Milford Unemployment Just Below State Average

New Hampshire's jobless rate is 5.3 percent, according to the most recent report from the state's Economic and Labor Market Information Bureau. It was 5.5 percent in April. The number of unemployed residents dropped in May by 1,350, to 39,680.
