Nashua Father Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charge: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictments

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Xorrel Cabrera, 25, of Crown Street in Nashua, on a felony negligent homicide charge. He was accused of causing the death of a baby by failing to seek medical attention for the child between Oct. 1 and Oct. 18, 2024, in Nashua. Brandon Chellis, 20, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of threatening to use force against another during a theft of cash saying, “give it to me or else you’ll get got” or words to that effect on Sept. 3 in Nashua.

Christopher Max Cohen, 46, of Morgan Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge. He was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua police on May 28, 2024.

Jeffrey Cournoyer, 57, of Main Street in Temple on two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. He was accused of firing a gun within 300 feet of a home in Temple on April 12, and April 16, 2023.

Carlos Rios, 35, of Palm Street in Springfield, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of causing more than $1,500 worth of damage to the property of another with a knife on Jan. 31 in Nashua.

Peter Dejesus Rosario, 38, of Lock Street in Nashua, on pistols & revolvers, convicted felons and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a Glock 43x handgun on March 20 in Nashua after previously being convicted of a felony in January 2020 in Hill South.

Devyn Smith-Gutierrez, 25, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing battery packs and earbuds from the Circle K in Merrimack on July 30, 2024, after being previously convicted of theft in Hooksett District Court in January 2023 and Manchester District Court in February 2023.

Luciane Dos Santos, 39, of Belknap Road in Hudson, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining and disposing of gold jewelry, owned by another person, valued at more than $1,500, on Jan. 7 in Nashua.

Stephen Schreiber, 33, of Gorman Avenue in Nashua, on six felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing videos and pictures on a laptop, USB drive, and Samsung and LG cellphones on Jan. 4 in Nashua.

Lawrence Robert Suggs, 53, of Whitney Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine charge on June 9 in Nashua.

Jason Taylor, 37, of Wildflower Drive in Pelham, on financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, or impaired adult, and theft by deception charges. He was accused of accessing more than $1,500 of another between April 18, 2019, and Aug. 27 in Pelham and Hillsborough County.

Craig Riley, 52, of Lorraine Street in Hudson, on one count of possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine with intent to distribute-subsequent, two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine with intent to distribute-subsequent, and three counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent, all felonies, on April 16 in Hudson. He was previously convicted of drug sales in November 2022 in Hills South.
