Nashua Man Charged with Drug Possession

The following are from the Milford Police Department's arrest log from May 13 to May 19. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Alexis R. Perez, 36, of 9 Laton St., Nashua, charged with simple assault May 13 and given a June 10 court date.
• Anthony M. Oliveira, 51, of 18 Swan St., Nashua, charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of of controlled/narcotic drugs May 14. He was given a June 10 court date.
• Annika Mitchell, 22, of 44 Oak Hill Road, Harvard, Mass., charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, two counts of aggravated DWI and speeding May 15. He is scheduled to appear in court on the charges May 22.
• Heather J. Clement, 44, of 439 Mont Vernon St., Apt. 2, Milford, charged with two counts of conduct after an accident May 15. She has a June 10 court date.
• Stephen M. Silva, 22, of 14 Merrimack Road, Apt. 229, Milford, charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and a vehicle complaint May 15. He has a June 10 court date.
• Michael G. Jones, 34, of 21 Tarry Lane, Milford, charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) May 17 and has a June 10 court date on the charge.
• Damien J. Delage, 23, of 164 Mile Slip Road, Milford, charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass May 18. He has a June 10 court date.
• Lindsay C. Bolton, 25, of 139 Union Square, #1, Milford, charged with attempt to commit theft by deception and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child May 19. She has a June 10 court date on the allegations.
• Michelle M. Betty, 35, of 227 Ball Hill Road, Milford, charged with having a suspended registration May 19 and has a court date of June 10 on the charge.
