Nashua Man Charged with Violating Protective Order

The following are items from the Milford Police Department's arrest log from May 6 to May 13. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Jason C. Henderson, 42, of 18 Brook St., Nashua, charged with criminal trespass May 6 and has a June 17 court date.
• Sean Jeremy Foote, 32, of 12 E. Pearl St., Apt. 1, Nashua, charged with violation of a protective order May 6 and has a June 14 court date.
• Karl Harold Roehl, 47, of 504 Nashua St., Apt. 902, Milford, charged with disturbance, three counts of default or break of bail, simple assault, criminal threatening, and resisting arrest May 6. 
• Richard Vevenccio Rusher, 34, of 26 Souhegan St., Milford, charged with two counts of simple assault on May 7 and has a June 5 court date.
• Christopher J. Davis, 21, of 80 Witches Spring Road, Hollis, charged with driving an unregistered vehicle and driving while intoxicated May 9 and has a May 15 court date on the charges.
• Ronald Merton Brown, 45, of 15 Mason Road, Mont Vernon, charged with default or breach of bail conditions May 9 and has a June 5 court date.
