NOTICE: Meeting On Route 13 Intersection Safety
Milford will be holding a meeting to hear public concerns on the roadway improvement plans in this area.

The Town of Milford, New Hampshire proposes to make improvements to the Emerson Road/Armory Road/Route 13 intersection to improve safety and traffic flow through the area. This meeting is being held to receive comments from the public regarding the manner in which this area currently functions.
These comments will be incorporated as local public concerns to assist in the development of the roadway improvement plans in the Emerson Road/Armory Street/Route 13/South Street area.
Therefore, in accordance with RSA 230.45 and 231.1 and the Guidelines Established by the New Hampshire Department of Transportation related to Municipally Managed Projects, the Town has set a public meeting thereon to be held at the Milford Town Hall, One Union Square, Selectmen’s Meeting Room on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 6:30 PM.

The meeting room will be open from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM prior to the hearing for the inspection of plans by any interested persons.
All members of the public, including interested landowners, local officials, and highway users are welcome and will be given the opportunity to express their comments relative to the project.

This project is scheduled for construction in 2013.
Any individuals needing assistance or auxiliary communication equipment due to sensory impairment or other disability, should contact the Town of Milford Community Development Department. Notification of the need for assistance must be made no later than seven days before the hearing. In the event notification is received in fewer than seven days, every attempt will be made to accommodate the request.
