River Card Room Evacuated for 'Suspicious Package'
Milford Police responded to the report at 4:55 p.m. April 26. Nashua Bomb Squad determined it was not an explosive device.

Milford police officers evacuated the River Card Room early this evening after a suspicious package was reported near the entrance to the business. Police also evacuated the stores adjacent to it in the Granite Town Plaza.
The Nashua Police Department's Bomb Squad was called in and determined the package was not an explosive device and it was safely removed from the building, police said.
The police call came at 4:55 p.m. The River Card Room reopened at about 7:30 p.m. Friday.
