Winter Storm to Impact Evening Commute

Those commuting through Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts today, take note: a winter weather advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service, with snow accumulating 1-3 inches in and around Milford, and sleet and freezing drizzle possible later.

The snowstorm is expected to hit from 1-4 p.m. Monday afternoon and then transition to sleet around 7 p.m. and potentially freezing drizzle after 10 p.m.

Drivers are urged to take extra caution as visibilities may be limited to a quarter mile to one half mile at times and roadways are likely to become slippery, especially on untreated roads.
