30 Nashua Police Called in to Assist with Manhunt

Members of Nashua's Special Reaction Team are heading to Boston.

Thirty Nashua Police officers who are also members of the city's Special Reaction Team have been sent to Boston after a request for back-up officers was made.

Nashua Police Lt. Michael Moushegian said the officers are en route to the scene of a massive manhunt for Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, wanted in connection to the Boston Marathon bombing on April 15.

Moushegian said any time a special reaction team is activated, there are a limited number of hours they can work.
