Hudson woman faces burglary charges connected to senior living center (inklink.news) — Nashua Police have charged a Hudson woman in connection with a September burglary at the Huntington senior living facility and an additional felony theft count. She was released on cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment at Nashua District Court in January, and investigators are asking anyone with more information to contact the department’s Crime Line.
   

2. Federal court upholds free speech argument in Nashua flag dispute (nhpr.org) — A Nashua woman has won a federal free speech case over the city’s now-eliminated Citizen Flag Pole, where officials had controlled which community flags could be flown. A judge sided with her argument that the city’s policy violated First Amendment rights, after flags tied to transgender sports participation and Jan. 6 were rejected. Nashua officials have not yet said if they will appeal.
