5 Things: Bees, Cats, Superman, Obamacare and Sunscreen

1. Scripps Bee: I lost the second grade spelling bee over my love of a boy band. The word was Monkeys. I spelled it M-O-N-K-E-E-S, with great pride. My heart fell a little, mostly from embarrassment, when I lost. What can I say? I was brainwashed.
