Second '3rd Strike' Charge for this Thief

Ein Nickerson was charged with a third-strike theft felony one year ago. Now he faces another one.

Ein Nickerson, 29, of 7 Anvil Drive, Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested May 15 for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Nickerson is charged with stealing a smart phone and a surface pad from a local residence and later pawning that property at a business on Amherst Street in Nashua. Due to the fact that Nickerson had two prior theft convictions he is now facing a class B Felony charge (third strike).

A class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Nickerson is currently being held at the Nashua Police Department on $1,500.00 cash/ surety bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on May 16th, 2013.
