Mine Falls Park Advisory Commission Secretary Joshua Segal attempts to get a "river edition" of the Nashua Telegraph from a circulation box which was coughed up by the Nashua River when it was lowered for work at the Jackson Dam. This "dry" spot was near the pedestrian bridge at Lincoln Park into Mine Falls Park.
