Got Galoshes? Rainy Forecast Ahead
National Weather Service outlook is a wet one, with a Flood Watch in effect through Tuesday night.

Gardeners will be rejoicing over the three-day forecast which includes rain, heavy at times. The rest of you will want to keep your umbrella by the door and your galoshes at the ready. Here's the NOAA forecast, including a flood watch through June 11 at 8 p.m., ending with a sunny spot:
- Today A chance of showers, mainly after 3pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 74. East wind 3 to 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
- Tonight Rain. The rain could be heavy at times. Low around 59. Northeast wind 6 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.
- Tuesday Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Patchy fog before 2pm. High near 62. North wind 7 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
- Tuesday Night Showers likely before 9pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 9pm and midnight, then showers likely after midnight. Cloudy, with a low around 56. Light and variable wind becoming northwest around 6 mph in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
- Wednesday A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 79. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
- Wednesday Night A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
- Thursday Partly sunny, with a high near 74.
