'Habitual Offender' Caught Driving After Forgetting Turn Signal
Meredith King should not have been behind the wheel, police said.

On April 2, 2013 Nashua Police arrested Meredith King, 55, of 11 Terrace Street, Apt. 1, Nashua, who was pulled over on Charron Avenue for a moving violation. She was subsequently charged with driving while being a habitual offender, a class B felony.
King was driving on Charron Avenue just after 8 a.m. and failed to use a turn signal. When police stopped her and did a records check, it was discovered King's license had been revoked due to her status as a certified habitual offender. King was also issued a violation level summons for failing to use a directional signal.
The habitual offense is punishable by up to five years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. The violation is punishable by fine only. King was released on $2,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled
