Homicide Being Investigated At Marshall Street Apartment In Nashua
Police responded to an assault report — a man suffering from multiple stab wounds Tuesday. Nashua police and attorney general investigating.
NASHUA, NH — Nashua police, firefighter, and AMR responded to 4 Marshall St. just before 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday for a homicide investigation.
Police dispatch log indicated the initial dispatch was for an assault at 1:21 a.m. Fire and AMR reported a man in his 30s had been stabbed multiple times and was bleeding heavily. He was rushed to Southern NH Medical Center, just a few blocks away from the scene.
NH Attorney General John M. Formella and Nashua Police Chief Kevin Rourke announced in a press release Tuesday investigators were currently investigating a homicide that occurred on Marshall Street in Nashua.

A Nashua police K-9 team searched the parking lot of the apartment, stopping to check around vehicles and a dumpster. It did not appear anything was discovered in the search. The entrance to the large apartment building was taped off with yellow crime scene tape and an officer was stationed at the front door preventing anyone from entering.
As of 10 a.m., it did not appear that any detectives or any crime scene processing was underway.

It is unknown if the person transported to the hospital was the person who died in the homicide.
In a press release, authorities said, "The Nashua Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding this death, and further information will be released later today as it becomes available.”
