First Circuit: Nashua Violated First Amendment by Censoring Citizens' Flag Requests - Institute For Free Speech (ifs.org) — A federal appeals court has ruled that the City of Nashua violated the First Amendment when it denied local residents’ requests to fly certain flags on the city’s Citizen Flag Pole. Judges found the pole functioned as a public forum for private speech from 2017 to 2024, making Nashua’s viewpoint-based denials unconstitutional and prompting an order for declaratory relief against the city.

Sophomore stars O'Connell, O'Rourke shining for Bedford boys basketball team (unionleader.com) — A Bedford High boys basketball win unfolded in Nashua, where sophomores Luke O’Connell and Ryan O’Rourke powered the defending Division I champs past Bishop Guertin, 57-51, at Collignon Gymnasium.
