Hudson Man Charged on Warrant for Weapon Possession

Ernesto Rivera, 47 of Hudson was arrested Aug. 29 by Hudson Police on an outstanding warrant for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. The charge is stemming from an investigation conducted by both the Hudson and Nashua Police Departments. Rivera was transported to the Hudson Police Department for processing. Rivera refused bail and was later transported to Valley Street Jail in Manchester. Rivera is scheduled to be arraigned at the 9th Circuit Court in Nashua, New Hampshire, on Friday, September 30, 2013.
