Hudson Teen Accused of Making 'Hit List' of Five Students

Alvirne High has taken disciplinary action and police have arrested the 16-year-old male student.

The Hudson Police Department has arrested a 16-year-old male student at Alvirne High School for making a hit list of five students.

The school has taken disciplinary action against the student and police have charged him with one count of criminal threatening.

The case remains under investigation and the student was scheduled to be arraigned May 29.

More charges may be forthcoming, according to Hudson Police Department.

The five students and their parents were contacted and made aware of the situation.

Police did not release additional details at this point. The threat was first reported to school officials at 10:49 a.m. May 28, according to police.
